Hi, my english is not good but i will try to explain my story. I bought a jovani prom dress 4247 from one of Jovani's retailer. They told me that the dress is not in stock but i can place special order to receive the dress in 12 weeks time so i placed the order.
ReplyDeleteAfter 12 weeks i called the retailer they said we will get back to you and they called me back and said due to some holiday in china you dress hasn't arrived and it will take 4 more weeks. My prom was in 2 weeks so i had to go for something else ofcourse not from Jovani. When i asked my money back they said they can not refund my money because dress was order to make.
Jovani has a bad reputation united states, whoever buys jovani dresses they have to go through these kind of situations, i am glad i got a chance to share my story with the world. Thank You
